中国から韓国を経て日本に伝わった四神と天馬を配し守護と吉祥の意味合いを込めた。
When I visited the Mogao Caves in Dunhuang, I was inspired by the ceiling paintings known as zǎojǐng.
This work emerged from that inspiration, incorporating the Four Guardian Deities—motifs transmitted from China through Korea to Japan—together with Pegasus, symbolizing protection and auspicious fortune.
